How it works

For hosts

Create your listing for free. Describe your home, upload photos (5–25), set your nightly price and choose your own house rules and cancellation policy. No payment card is required to create a listing.
Open your calendar. Mark the dates your home is available. You decide everything: minimum stay (1 night to 1 month), guest count and prices.
Connect payouts. Through Stripe you set up a secure payout account so guest payments go directly to your bank account. FlyMHD never touches your money.
Receive bookings. When a guest books, the amount is reserved on the guest's card and you have 24 hours to confirm or decline. The money is only charged when you confirm. If you decline, the hold is released automatically — the guest pays nothing and no fees arise.
Skip the commission. FlyMHD takes 0% commission and no per-booking fee. You only pay Stripe's standard payment fee (approx. 1.5% + 1.80 kr per completed booking) and a fixed monthly subscription — which you don't pay until your first booking arrives.

For guests

Find a home. Browse listings and see photos, prices, house rules and cancellation terms before you book.
Book and pay securely. The amount is reserved on your card via Stripe and only charged when the host confirms. If the host doesn't confirm within 24 hours, the hold is released automatically — you pay nothing.
Message the host. Use on-platform messaging for practical questions before and after your stay.

Pricing

Guests pay the listing price — no hidden service fees on top. Hosts pay a fixed monthly subscription (founding hosts: €9.95/mo locked for life; thereafter €19.95/mo), 0% commission, and only Stripe's payment fee (approx. 1.5% + 1.80 kr per completed booking). You only activate the subscription when your first booking arrives — until then, having your listing on the platform costs nothing.
